We don’t send out to labs. That is truly custom fit.
Custom-made orthotics are medical devices that support and gently reposition the heel, arch, muscles, ligaments, tendons, and bones in the feet, enabling these structures to work together as nature intended, to make each step you take pain-free.
Unlike “over the counter” shoe inserts, custom-made orthotics are built from molds of your feet to meet your unique needs. They are typically made with comfortable thermoplastic materials and are guaranteed to last for years. They can be designed to fit in dress shoes, athletic shoes, boots and even skates.

- ZFEET Custom Orthotics are built using proven methods (old fashioned). We pour plaster and make a physical (positive mold), which is used for fabricating the base of the orthotic device.
- All of our custom orthotics are built at our ZFEET office/store in Charlotte, NC.
- You get to keep your positive molds of your feet. (that way we can easily fabricate a new set or make any necessary modifications).
